Stages Academy offers a full-day infant and toddler program for children ages 6 weeks through 23 months, combining attentive care with age-appropriate learning, movement, music, art, and plenty of time to explore.

Our infant and toddler programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of young children while providing plenty of opportunities to interact, explore, move, and discover.
Small Classes.
More Individual Attention.
We intentionally keep our infants and toddlers classes smaller than Pennsylvania's allowable maximums.
We believe children learn better when their teachers have the time to really know them—how they learn, what they enjoy, where they need a little extra help, and what makes them excited to learn.
Our infant classes never exceed 6 students (the state maximum is 8); and
Our toddler classes never exceed 8 students (the state maximum is 10).
BABY BUGS (Infants)
6 weeks - 11 months
Our Baby Bugs program is designed specifically for our youngest students, with a focus on providing nurturing care, individualized attention, and age-appropriate learning and exploration.
With just 6 infants and 2 teachers, our Baby Bugs teachers have the opportunity to really get to know each child—their routines, their personalities, and the little things that help them feel comfortable and secure.
All babies have individualized schedules for feeding and sleeping while also enjoying age-appropriate sensory experiences, music, movement, and plenty of opportunities to interact and explore.
As your baby grows and becomes more mobile and independent, their experiences grow with them.
Our goal is to give babies a safe, nurturing place to spend their day while providing the interaction and stimulation they need to learn and develop.
EARTHWORMS (Toddlers)
12 - 23 months
The toddler years are full of change. Children are becoming more independent, developing new ways to communicate, and eager to explore everything around them.
Our Earthworms program gives them the space to do that while still providing the close attention and care they need.
Earthworms is limited to 8 toddlers with 2 teachers, allowing our teachers to know each child extremely well and provide plenty of individualized attention. Toddlers enjoy a more structured classroom rhythm with age-appropriate learning, music, movement, art, dramatic play, outdoor play, and opportunities to practice emerging independence.
Music, movement, and the arts are already part of the Stages experience at this age. Our toddlers begin working with performing arts teachers and participating in creative experiences that are designed for young children—not simply waiting until they reach preschool.
And when they're ready for the next step, the transition into our performing arts preschool feels like a natural progression because they've already grown familiar with the Stages environment, teachers, and daily rhythm.
